Why do you continue to ignore the fact that the coast has been hammered. Tell a guy that has 2.5M invested in his home and sells it for $1.7M (real example) that his home hasnt been hammered. Tell a guy that had $2M in his home and resells it for $1.2M that his home hasnt been hammered (real example). Tell a guy that paid $1.2M who is now trying to short sell for 900K it hasnt been hammered. Or a guy that paid 980K and resold for 780K that it hasnt been hammered. These are all real examples from prime neighborhoods in NCC.
