DWCAP – I understand what you’re saying. It’s really hard to wait. I’ve been doing it throughout the bubble and in my area, it still does not make sense, to me.
We don’t know the details, but if BS got an ok deal, maybe it just was time. Slowly we will see people sick of waiting and if it’s something they can live with, then they will hop off the fence.
Personally my butt is getting sore sitting on the fence and if I found something that made any sense, I would consider jumping off, even knowing it’s not bottom and there could be a way to go. But mine is still not in that range or reasonable.
Circumstances might also be different. Maybe some people were in school during the incline and now out of school w/jobs during this decline. Maybe some didn’t have kids during the incline and now do. Not knowing all the details (and I don’t want to know) it’s difficult to make judgements.
We know we are over the hump and going down the hill, some areas faster than others. Heck, some streets faster than others. I’m pretty sure this is not going to be a V, so for those of us who can handle the pressure and wait, it can’t hurt, except leave a fence imprint 😉
