Drunkle, was the whole thread a gag or just your comment? After reading the original post I almost think it is a gag, because everything in So Cal is related in some way. I think everyone will agree the beginning of the decline is in full swing in Temecula and many people here predicted it would start this way, hitting the outlying areas the hardest and the quickest. Everything is on track so far. The 78 corridor and Eastlake will probably be next at bat.
I won’t even respond to the original post of Temecula being unrelated to S.D. prices since I can’t verify it wasn’t a joke to begin with.
