I inspect roofs for large shingle/roll manufacture. Do not get a warranty from a roofer their life spans are 2 years in this economy. Get an authorized roofer to install a manufacture warranty they hold their worth. Do not get an asphaltic product on a light sloping portion (under 2″/12″ pitch) go with a reflective single ply.
