This is just a jitter. Same thing has happened in all market “corrections”. If you are smart, you will slash your price dramatically to what you can “live with”, and sell your house now. If not, consider yourself warned!
This housing bubble is going to get really, really ugly just as fast as it went up. Sell now….or you won’t have a chance to sell in the very near future.
