Double: I live in Fallbrook, but I’d seriously think twice about sending my kids to the high school here. Word has it that the district has brought in a fixer from Carlsbad HSD to clean things up, so we’ll see.
Housing prices have certainly plummeted since you last sold, so it might be worth a look up here.
