Don’t get me wrong; it seems like a very nice area.
I just think marketing the whole area and naming the streets after Bing Crosby songs makes it sound a bit… geriatric. Sort of like a RSF version of Lawrence Welk Village. My grandparents loved Lawrence Welk and Bing Crosby, but then again my grandfather is 99 years old.
It does make SOME sense if indeed Bing Crosby used to own the land. Neat about your grandfather golfing with him…
