Don’t feel bad “cashman.” I’ve held a substantial amount in cash for the last 5 or so years while I watched in agony as real estate went up 200%, precious metals went up 500%, oil futures went up 600% etc. Now I feel as though everything has made it’s run. So now I continue to hold cash.
