Dont buy. I have found only a few places I have loved since 03 but could not close those deals so I didnt get the home. I am not a believer in spending several hundred thousand on something that I am like, well it is okay for me.
Yes living with less may be more but with the cost of housing in San Diego why would anyone just plunk down all that money for something that they are “well this is okay” with. Seems like renting would be a far better idea. That is what I do.
If I want to make it a rental I will just by a rental.
I loved the two other homes I bought and still have them. Even though my family outgrew them someday maybe my in-laws or kids will live in them.
