Exactly, they replace with low end material. Even in best case scenario, when a colleague had the A/C go bad, they stated that tonnage was too small and they wanted to charge 2K for right size. Don’t renew after first year. Remember that service charge is per visit so group all plumbing issue in one call. Not sure about pre-exisiting conditions or waiting periods clause. In general, it is big profit center since most buyers will have problems fixed before they move in.
