Yes, above average schools. Carlton Oaks is a GATE Magnet. Very high test scores on par with Poway/Temecula.
Westhills high has the highest test scores in the district, also considered very above average.
Above average meaning above state average, and if you investigate, they win their share of awards.
Thanks so much. Apparently, the map claims they are in an area that they ARE NOT. It is not as good a deal as I thought, those are condo’s. It is listed as a single family no wonder there are no pictures!
