Does anyone know what that equates to in number of months of inventory?

I seem to recall that 9 months of inventory was pivotal for past RE corrections.

The investment prospects for housing
October 2025 housing data: inventory on the decline
September 2025 housing data: inventory flat, prices slightly down
August 2025 housing data: inventory declines but still on the high side; prices weaken
July 2025 housing data: inventory corrects
