Did the HOA in Crosby go up for all houses? Here is a nice house that I noticed just after I bought mine. I heard the owner was a realtor and sunk a fortune into upgrading this house. Look at the price it’s going for now.

Yeah the HOA and MR are high but it’s a really nice development.
