Desmond, from what I can tell the Wrangler and Agrusa’s are both still in business. The Wrangler was my favorite place to eat when I was a kid because they would give you that entire squeeze bottle full of extra BBQ sauce! I moved away from Escondido after finishing college but my parents stayed in the area until about 2002 and continued to visit the Wrangler frequently until then. I think my dad loved how cheap everything was there.
