Depends, a one off for a remodel repair gets leeway, IMHO, time is tight on the weekend to crunch the work out.
Things like bikes, hobbies (car restoration), Yard work I’d say 8am.
Local variations exist, ie Phoenix, Vegas, desert communities, during summer, 6am is acceptable as everybody wants to beat the heat.
If you’re starting it and letting it idle, let it wait. If you want to leave for a ride, go for a ride and just trying to minimize the roar until on main road.
If you need to pump your throttle and do vroom vroom engine revving thing to keep it running, fix your bike.
