I have no idea. I think the more relevant question is how much MLS + shadow inventory is there in Carmel Valley. And I don’t know that either. I’m merely pointing out that of those folks that are buying right now, they appear to have plenty of cake for a down payment. More than I would have thought. It’s just an observation. It might mean something or it might not.
