Common theme on here pushed by several people is that Bay area folks are moving to San Diego while keeping their Bay Area salaries and that is somehow the main reason behind SD real estate prices going up.[/quote]
And a strawman too. I’ve never commented on them keeping bay area salaries, not once. I said they came here with their jobs working remotely. I have no idea what they get paid. Not my business, not my problem
