Contempt of court in civil cases is very rarely subject to jail time, especially for indirect contempt. Donating a one time large sum of money to a childrens fund is a great way to win political favor with a judge/jury if the charge ever did make it through the due process.
Ill take my chances and if the judge wants to send me to jail, that is the system isnt it.
