Damn, I just read through that thread and I was cracking up! Ahh, good times.
That was sooo March, 2008.
A buddy of mine did forward another one of his marketing emails a couple of weeks ago. Dave recently become a “short sale expert”. Big surprise. HUGE.
To be fair, I have met this individual several times and he is a pleasant enough fellow. I’m just not a fan of the “arguably” dishonest hype.
