I agree, what a little shitbox this is. I especially like the lack of grass in the back yard. Wood chips are ever so much easier to maintain, aren’t they? Termites love ’em too!
The “outbuildings” of a workshop and oh-so-quaintly named “RV barn” make me wonder if this wasn’t some sort of used car junkyard/repair shop/meth lab in the past.
What is the zoning in that part of Poway? Can in fact a one acre lot be split into two buildable parcels?
