Could be because, despite the fact that Realtors don’t like RB to be looked upon as a retirement community, in many ways it is. Parents of two of my high school friends sold their single-family homes (in Del Cerro) some 15 years ago and bought RB condos. They just didn’t want to mess around with maintenance, upkeep, etc. any more.
