I’m willing to bet that you and your wife will end up being exceedingly happy with your purchase. There’s something about watching and waiting over many years that makes it even sweeter than if you had purchased a house in more “normal” times.
Three miles is a nice commute, even if it is uphill. At least there’s no snow! 🙂
