congrats on the new fridge. I have a 3 year old “kenmore” that is really an LG. It has been great – no issues.
Do you have icemaker in the door? We opted for water in the door – but no icemaker… I wonder if that design difference is the issue. (It looked like a lot things could go wrong with the icemaker up in the fridge section… one of the reasons we opted to not get that model.)
