Congrats, and enjoy! It’s been about 4 months since we bought, and other than minor fixes/upgrades/repairs taking up 100% of what little spare time and money we have, we see the light at then end of our little tunnel of projects and soon we will be able to enjoy. If it sounds like I’m complaining, I’m not. There’s something satisfying about putting a little TLC into your own place, despite all the blood, sweat, and tears it may take.
