Yes, they’re Goodman. The model is: SSX160481A & GMVC950704CX. I didn’t have AC before but the house was preplumbed for AC. I got it installed around April.[/quote]
It looks like GMVC950704CX is a furnace. Did you replace the furnace at the same time ? Was the $2000 the labor for the AC only or both AC & furnace ?[/quote]Yep, that’s the furnace I got. Yes, ~$2k was the labor to add a new AC AND replacing my old furnace with that unit. I just looked back at that email chain and the total to do everything was $4500. Which was cheaper than if I would have bought the unit online and pay him $2k for install.
