Clairemont is confusing because of the variety.
There are apartments and small houses bordering on slums, and 7-digit places on canyons with with views of Mission Bay and Mt. Soledad.
I’m never surprised when people say Clairmont sucks or Clairemont is nice. Both are right.
That Sub-$300K house is a 1-car garage, which, to me, means it is not in one of the nicer parts.
