Chris, what it sounds like your analysis is lacking is kids. I say go ahead and get yourself some. Little buggers really bring the school system into focus. Then you would have all sorts of great things to say about Vista.
I still remember 1994 like it was yesterday, ahhhh. Our last RE recession was in full swing and the Vista school board removed evolution science from the cirriculum. Guess what they replaced it with? Good times, good times.
