A home of Edgewood’s caliber is about $1 million circa 2000. we are not quite there yet, but getting quite close.
sdrealtor was actually quite right in his assessment. but that would apply more for new homes in the area. let’s say resales of that size in 2000 pricing was $1 million, new homes should be about $200k less, basically around $800k.
