Chanteclair sold all cul-de-sac units from the latest phase, the remaining lots are on a through street (Monterey Ridge Dr.). Prices start at 665k.
Silhouette was starting at 623k last time I checked, they have less standard stuff and no incentives, so it’s not a much better deal.
