eighteen years of age and older residing in the dwelling unit for a period of 30
or more consecutive days.”
Two of the seven people are children, so the residential high occupancy permit is not required.
Svelte- that is a good point, that I hadn’t considered. But I still would feel bad for buyers unaware of the situation.
