She was just speeding up the process. Pour your wine into a decanteur or (a pitcher if you dont have one) an hour before you drink it for the same results. Depending upon the wine 2 hours might be better.
I think you might be able to get one of those at Meritage Wine Market in Encinitas as I’ve seen them use one. Probably easier just to get a Vinturi which is sold just about anywhere these days and it does the same thing. It was actually invented by a software engineer who lived in Carlsbad and sold millions of them. He has made a fortune and I beleive he moved to RSF a year or two ago.
