If you like Oak Valley/Del Norte, then definitely check out Ivy Gate as well. It feeds into Stone Ranch/Oak Valley/Del Norte and it is very nice. Unfortunately, I don’t think there are currently any listings there, but perhaps by the time you are looking, there may be.
