Cant beleive you actually took the time to answer. I was just giving you the business. My house is relatively new and I have no plans on selling the next decade. As things need replacement, I address them. New garbage disposal yesterday. Dishwasher a couple months ago. New carpet upstairs when I decide what I want. Working on some fence issues with next door neighbor right now. No frog pond outback just a half dozen bunnies attacking my lawn on a daily basis these days.
