By the way, the powerlines are the small regional ones but not the big ones. I know that in the CV area south of 56 and east of 5, there’re quite a few power tower.
But I love this area cuz it’s newer and very conveniently located.
Any thought on price action in this area? say in the next 6 months?
What I worry about is also about interest rate. Any thought on rate staying around 5%? or spike up higher? or dip?
