UC gal- Solar panels are nothing but a way to pre-pay your electrical bill. If you want to take money from the coffers of the state at this time then that’s on your conscience. Spending dollars to get dimes is a waste.

Which is why I’ll standby my previous statement that the “hype” around “green technology” is going to go dead in the near future. When people are broke, , conventional energy costs takes a beating, very few people have extra cash to burn on stuff that is green but cost considerably more. Sketchy dealings aside, Tesla Motors is dead meat.
