BTW, I actually wasn’t arguing for sitting, since the rent metric works pretty well almost anywhere in the US right now. I’m not looking to make a fuckton of money, actually. Just for $50-60k/yr from property investments, so I have enough excess annual income to be left alone, and not ever be beholden to some PoS of a boss at a full-time job.
