How large is the MM townhome/condo (I think you mentioned it’s a 2/2)?… FWIW, @ $1600/month for a 2/2, she’s not really get a “great” deal anyway.
Maybe ask the LL/leasing company to install room AC in every room. That should be relatively cost effective for LL and reasonable cooling for your daughter plus the $100/month off.
