Seems like 1300-1500 sq-ft houses on 6k-7k sq-ft lot. Much proportional than these kind of stuff you see in the newer alley homes. I think Maybeck is around 5k sq-ft but the houses are 3300-3800 sq-ft. So, there’s no yard to speak of. They’re almost giant detached condo for me.
