There are plenty of ways to be creative.
Everyone who’s interested in real estate should take some architectural classes or at least read books on architecture. I like beautiful things and the gaudy McMansions make me want to vomit.
500sf per person is about right. So, at 2900sf for a family of six, I don’t you think that you live in a McMansion.
This is the ugliest McMansion. It’s a good thing that it’ll be torn down.
That’s not a McMansion… a McMansion, by definition, is a cookie cutter oversized tract home.
I will totally agree that it is uber-ugly.
And how about this for a gaudi mansion. (Since you want people to study architecture before they buy)
