I agree with that. Buying is not for everyone. Some are perfectly happy with renting for life. One just have to make sure their retirement accounts are big enough to maintain that life style after retirement. One of the biggest advantage of buying vs rent is you have a house paid for in 30 years. However, if your retirement account can support your life style, there’s no real need to buy if you’re perfectly happy renting.
