First I would blame whoever created that situation of RUN for Home buying.
Second I would blame myself – why didn’t I too place my hands on those days and “why did I think more that greespan couldn’t think” – I became loser here
Finally I blame the ongoing “still” Feb backing policy(8k/loanmod etc) and this is going to curse us more down at times (when is that still unknown)
