Brian, it’s all fun, games, and funny until you have to deal with this situation yourself.
I’m pretty confident you would be singing a completely different tune if/when this happens to one of the houses you are co-buying in Florida goes through the same thing, I’m sure….
The irony to this, is probably you are thinking it can’t possibly happen to you.. But that’s just the irony…If asswipes like this attorney do get their way, your ass is going to be hurting for a long time…..
