BofA – the absolute worst. total scam artists. I bought a BofA foreclosure which they put into a bankrupt entity. therefore no liability ever. I was required to use their “affiliate” escrow company that is located out of town. I was encouraged to get a BofA loan. I was required to be qualified by them in order to even be allowed to make an offer.
I would NEVER use them EVER again. Get a loan from another lender.
At the last minute they reduced the amount of my loan significantly.
Their “affiliate” escrow co was inept, unethical and I could go on but why. You get the point.
