If you go there during the lunch rush hour it’s packed for sure. But any other time of the day, that lot is pretty empty. I live very close to it (and I eat late lunches, when it’s completely empty).
That being said, the whole parking area in front of the new market is fenced off as part of the construction zone. I don’t know what they’re doing to the parking lot, but they’re doing something. Hopefully it will help alleviate the congestion.
