You can coast, you just let the flywheel pull your legs around.
As a roadie who logs about 200 miles/week and has done spin classes I can tell you that the classes are hard but they are not like riding a real bike and the class does little to get you in shape for real riding. But they are a nice diversion in the winter when the weather is bad and the days are short and it is hard to get out on a real bike.[/quote]

I’m sure this is trolling…but I typically ride 6 days/wk. 30-35 miles for 4 of those and then 40-50 mile rides on sat/sun.
