BG, speaking from experience, I can say that a SFR is a huge quality of life win over a condo. I grew up in an SFR. And, my first house was in a 32 unit complex. Two awful nieghbors. And got worse from there.
But, ultimately, I’ll back out and say, there are condo complexes where people are very happy. I have friends who have great condos…..
Its about making a choice and going with it. If you’re young, you have the option of chaning your mind later and moving. If you’re older, like me, you have to try really hard to anticipate where you’re going in life, and choose wisely.
