Beleive what you want. There was absolutely no issue whatsoever with the foundation. The pool is fine too. Regardless of the price, its a phenomenal property. The kind people dream of finding. Getting a good deal on it is a bonus. Those offers came in over a single weekend. Sorry Charlie, you aint gonna rain on this parade.
