Because the group house is labeled for the mentally disabled,they do not have to disclose any crimes that they may have committed because they are mentally disabled and that information is privileged and protected.
The level of the house will determine what type of group home.Based on a scale of 0-7 the higher the number the worse the type of mentally disabled(worse meaning criminal not mental disability). Once I know for certain the level I will post it here, anything above a 3 will have a criminal record
Also say the house is a level 3 house and one of them moves out, a level 7 mentally disabled person can then move in and the neighborhood doesnt need to be notified. So let me clarify for you bleeding hearts a level 7 disabled person can have raped a child and been acquitted because they are mentally disabled and are protected from prosecution due to thier disability.
