No BG it does not. I was in it less than an hour ago and it is pretty much maxed out. Much of what you seem to think is an endless possibility is only an endless cliff one could jump off. The view is ok to good but there is freeway noise and quite honestly lots of better/quieter views to be had in the NC communities you always condemn. You are dangerous in your authoritative posts which are more often than not flat out wrong. I’m just protecting the piggfolk from the lunatic fringe.
