More than half of Bonita is uninc. The average lot size in this area is about 17-18K. There are still a few subdivision opportunities of current owners in the Proctor Valley area of 91902 (Sunnyside). These lots are currently about 1-3 AC.[/quote]
Ummm, please use a bit of common sense. I was talking about new construction not what has been there for 50 years.
